01. What is ACP (Affordable Connectivity Program)?
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is an FCC benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more. The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands. Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if they contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase price. The ACP benefit must be claimed through participating service provider such as XO Broadband LLC.

11. How long will my ACP benefits last?
You will continue to receive your ACP Benefit in the following three conditions:
1. FCC Continues to fund the ACP program. ACP is an FCC funded program. If FCC announces to discontinue the ACP benefit, you will no longer be eligible for the discounted services. In such a case, we will notify you and you can either discontinue your subscription with us or you can choose to continue to use our service by switching to an undiscounted subscription plan of your choice.
2. You continue to qualify for the ACP Benefit. You qualify for the ACP benefit either based on your income or based on participation in an approved government assistance program. If you no longer qualify either based on income or due to non-participation in the listed government assistance program or if a previously approved program is no longer covered in ACP, then you will not be eligible for the discounted service.
3. You continue to use the data service under the ACP. It is important that you use the service (by browsing the internet using our wireless service) at least once in a month. If you do not use our service for more than 45 days, then we as the service provider are obligated to discontinue your ACP Benefit subscription and to either disconnect your account or switch you to a regular subscription plan.
